Thanks for visiting the Delta Lambda Site of ZBT. This site is dedicated to the 2nd house of ZBT, WOODBINE. ZBT became a colony in 1968 and later a chapter in 1971. Contact Webmaster A Letter From Our Former President Greetings freshmen and welcome to Monmouth College! These next 4 years will be some of the most exciting times of your life. College is what you make it and involvement is the key to making sure that your college experience is everything you want it to be. There are many organizations on campus in which to involve yourselves: the Fine Arts, ASAP, sports and student government among many others. However in my last three years being involved at Monmouth the most rewarding and the most gratifying organization on campus is Greek Life. Despite the stereotypes about fraternities and sororities, the Greek system at Monmouth dispels those negative stereotypes and works together in order to be known on campus and off of campus. Each fraternity is unique in their own way and I strongly encourage all of you to check each house out and see what they have to offer. Investigate how strong the bonds between brothers are and understand what each fraternity can offer you. Fraternities as a whole builds character, improves leadership capabilities and provides you with a group of friends that will never let you down and always hold you up to the standards of the fraternity itself as well as the school standards. In joining a fraternity you will find that you will leave school as a better man, citizen and role model than you would if not joining one of our fine fraternal organizations. Remember, college is only 4 years long, make the most of it because what you learn here will take you to where you want to go with your professional life and what you learn in a fraternity will help you be a better and well rounded man.
