The annual meeting of the Prairie Section of the American Physical Society will be held at the Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois on Friday evening November 21 and Saturday November 22. Be sure to visit this page for updates, registration and programmatic information.

------>Update: Banquet on Friday night will begin at 7:30. Check-in for the conference will begin at 6:00 at the main entrance of the CSB (Center for Science and Business. You are welcome to relax after traveling before the banquet in our lovely new building. A WiFi password will be available at check-in.

Notes for Presenters
Speakers A computer, LCD projector, and microphone will be available for the presentations. Acceptable file formats are PowerPoint and PDF. Please ensure that fonts are embedded. In order to minimize delays between talks, please transfer your talk to the computer provided. This should be done before the beginning of your session. If a presentation contains movies, then you may use your own laptop.
   
Posters Maximum poster size is 4 ft. Wide x 4 ft Tall
